They made good on their mistakes in the end. Issues were lapses in communication, long wait times to actually get the vehicle due to waiting for parts and not registering it or checkung vin. Mistaken info as to what service was initially done, takes a long time to get sales and service info coordinated. Wanna give these guys a huge shout out, had a very negative experience at the New Bedford location and Martin Smith got in contact with me asap to fix my unfortunate experience. Made an appointment asap due to them having a vast amount of appointment availability and got my car within 2 hours of dropping them off. I was looking for a 2025 expedition platinum in white. I checked all of Rhode Island and could not find one. I found one online at Empire Ford of Fall River. We just picked up our new F350 from Empire Ford in Fall River, Mass and couldn’t be happier. Rob McMahon was our sales person and he helped our process go extremely smooth and made sure we got everything we needed which was reassuring since we are purchasing from out of state! They even drove it to a DMV close to us so we didn’t need to make a 90 minute trip back for pick up!
I called in the morning to get an appointment on my way across the US. They said they could look at the car if I was here by 3:00 p.m.. From the moment I arrived, Ethan had made me feel very welcomed, comfortable and positive about my buying experience. He's personable, knowledgeable, and has a great attitude. He's a good egg. Matthew Sartini may have single handedly prevented ford from having to buy back a vehicle that another dealership had been unable to fix after several visits. He took the time to dig in to the problems even just over the phone before I brought the vehicle in. Then researched the issue, offered fixes, and then actually did them. He also observed the vehicle over several days to make sure the issue was truly resolved and didn't over promise then under deliver. The service I needed was completed. Communication could use some improvement. My truck was there for two full days with no call or update by the end of the first day so I called the next morning. After I bought the car I noticed the car has many scratches in the front, back and both sides that I did not pay attention when I was test driving it. I think they should’ve told me and be honest about those scratches before I bought the car.. Anastasia was nice to me and she was very professional.

I took my truck in for scheduled service and have a third party warranty. It was easy to schedule the appt and had an uneventful drop off. I knew it might take a while due to them needing to contact and get approval from my third party warranty and was happy they even accepted it as many repair facilities will not. The sales person was great. The truck is wonderful. Literally everything else was terrible. While the dealership has changed hands over the years, this is the second time I purchased a vehicle from this physical location. It will be my last. Communication was poor; the process was clunky, and ultimately I had to negotiate my way out of a huge problem. If I could do it all over again, I would have purchased my F150 from a different dealership. Love the truck; did not enjoy the experience.
I had my car in for a recall repair, I brought it in on a Friday and they did not give a loner car for the weekend. I don't get my car back until the end of Monday. By law you are supposed to give me a loner during a recall repair that lasts more than a day. His excuse was that all loners were out. Sales and finance was great. Joe and Roberto were very easy to work with. It seems the truck was never put through the shop to check it out, I found out on rt128 the brakes were not good as there's a big thump like a warped rotor, and the oil was not changed as the sticker reads 6/14/26 or 35000 miles, truck had 30000 when I bought it. Also has an open recall for trailer light module software. Otherwise good experience. Service appt was set for the brakes Joe (salesman) made that happen.
The Only thing I didnt like was finding out about Robotic you give info too. Kasey is so polite, made sure to order my plate bracket for front of car. He got me into the car I wanted. Chris the runner to help me with Vin Check.
Just bought my 2023 F150 xlt. Probably the easiest purchase I had. Nobody likes going to car dealerships, but Joe F. Was great to work with as well as Roberto. After driving I found the brakes need work, I reached out and in about an hour the service writer was on the phone to set up and appointment. Great communication and transparency.
