Definitely not afraid to charge top dollar, that's for sure. Not for the faint of heart or those tight on a budget. But I know they'll do the work well, so I don't mind paying the premium. WARNING TO EVERYONE WATCH OUT. I bought a vehicle that was advertised as no accidents or damage reported after purchasing carfax found out that vehicle had been in 2 accidents dealership claims they do not have to inform customers of minor accidents even though if is considered an accident on the report so now I’m going to have trouble ever selling it. They refuse to buy the truck back from us. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THEY HAVE DONE THIS they also sold a car that was rolled over and claimed it has never been in an accident.

Worst run business ever. They steal from you lie to u and don't care about you at all. Stay as far away as possible. A week later and I just got an email from dealerrater asking me to change my review because Empire Ford had asked them to because they have resolved the issue. Disappointing experience at Empire Ford. They ran gimmicky promotions to lure people in. Even more bizarre, the showroom had other car brands on display instead of Ford vehicles—felt misleading and out of place. Overall, the experience didn’t inspire confidence, and I wouldn’t recommend it for a straightforward car-buying process.

Robert, a salesman at Empire Ford made my entire process a breeze. I found a truck online and came into the dealer for a look. Overall walk-around and test drive was great, Rob took notes of some of the things I requested be done to the truck before purchase. I had an appointment to look at a truck, and I live 4hrs away, out of state. The evening before my appointment, they called to let me know a deposit had been placed on the truck we were interested in. Other dealers may have let me come all that way, and said "Oh well, we have plenty of other trucks to show you, etc, etc". This dealership had the courtesy to let us know, and save us a long drive. This dealer is very shady, they changed the price of the vehical online from when we started talking to the price quote they gave me. When they gave me a price quote they snuck in another $500 compared to what we talked about on the phone and when I questioned this, they said they just sold this vehical for more money. By far the worst experience I've had buying a car. They pressure you to buy the car, once you agree to a price the finance department adds items to the contract and they just push papers for you to sign. After 2 weeks I'm still waiting for my registration to get a sticker, I'm constantly chancing these people around. I WILL NEVER AGAIN PURCHASE A CAR FROM EMPIRE FORD!!!!

Had a great experience regarding service on my F 150. My advisor, Brian Santos was very pleasant, polite, and accommodating. He was very knowledgeable, was thorough, and a pleasure to meet. I needed new tires to pass inspection and had to wait while this was being done. Brian expedited the process of changing all of the tires along with an alignment, and had the job completed in a timely manner.

When I sat down to to sign the financing documents the agreed upon month payment between myself and the salesperson was very different. I was very clear up front to the salesman and the sales manager that I would not agree to purchase the vehicle if the payment was even 1 dollar over $900. Ads are lies, YOUR JOB IS NOT YOUR CREDIT, do not waste your time unless you are showing up with 5000 for a down payment even then might still need a co sign.
