Six months to the day after purchasing my vehicle, I was experiencing symptoms of a critical mechanical failure... Not only did our service advisor and his team get it picked up, they test-drove and diagnosed catastrophic failure of the transmission and torque converter requiring them to be replaced, under warranty -- except the initial estimate surpassed the value of the vehicle itself -- all within 48 hours. Not only did he get the cost of the job down, he worked with me on the huge unexpected cost; he had the parts delivered Monday morning and yesterday afternoon she was done and ready to be picked up! Less than two weeks and he kept me in the loop every step of the way, even when he was swamped. Thanks, looking forward to cruising with my 4-legged best friend this weekend!!
